Within 2 to 3 weeks of joining, a participant completes their first certificate and becomes eligible for co-facilitating real sessions with real clients. Supervised. Supported. And earning. That is the circular principle at the heart of everything we do — you learn and earn in the same motion, and the earnings fund the continued learning.

As competence deepens, autonomy increases and the hours required do not grow with the income. The system’s maximum commitment is 12 hours per week. The income target when fully running is 12,000 euros every three months. The relationship between time and income inverts over time. That inversion is the entire point.

What This Is

A paid co-facilitation role inside a circular entrepreneurial ecosystem. You train, certify, facilitate real sessions, and earn — at the same time, from the beginning. This is not an unpaid internship. It is not a volunteer position. It is a structured pathway to a licensed facilitation practice with two active income streams.

The Numbers

Daily minimum: 20 minutes

Weekly maximum: 12 hours

Weekly minimum: 3 hours

First earning opportunity: 2 to 3 weeks after joining

Income target when fully running: 12,000 euros every three months

Your share of every project delivered: up to 70 percent

What the Work Involves

Facilitating live coaching and training sessions with executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Sessions range from 10 minutes to full programs. You begin with supervised sessions and progress to full autonomy as competence is demonstrated.

Creating content — audio lessons, e-learning modules, articles, campaign materials — inside the collective. You receive royalties for content you produce.

Participating in group sessions, collective reviews, and campaign cycles on a flexible schedule aligned to the 72:20 rhythm: one task every three days, review on the fourth day.

Building your own referral network and generating independent income alongside your facilitation work.
