There is a moment in every meaningful transformation when the data is already in front of you. You know what's happening. You know where things are heading. And yet, knowing is not the same as choosing.

This is the territory I am exploring right now — publicly, honestly, and in real time. Below is my letter to you.

My Story

Today I want to share something more personal than usual: the story of my own practice, the challenges behind it, and why I believe sharing this journey openly matters for all of us walking this path together.

For the past three years, I have used artificial intelligence daily as part of my own practice — it works, it helps, and I have been monitory how it impacts my life, and developing protocols to avoid outsourcing human capabilities, and implementing techniques to challenge my self daily to use Them. I use the same techniques and methods I teach to all of you, at every level.

Most of my students begin with twenty minutes a day, and I understand how challenging that can feel. I started there too, about three years ago, and it took me half a year to truly get it right. But that is only the first step.

Since then, I have shifted into working with four segments throughout the day, each with its own type of activity. This practice is designed to create a holistic outcome across my spiritual life, my community life, my holistic wealth and freedom, and my ability to manifest the future I want — through the projects that matter most to me. This is wonderful, and I want to do more of it.

But I find it challenging to hold the rhythm. Not because the work itself is boring — it is genuinely interesting — but because many of these techniques are used regularly. I have my own daily practice, which I do every day, and now I am taking it to the next level: implementing a backbone structure that is preventive, that gives a certain security, regeneration, energy and that helps increase performance every day, even higher than before.

This backbone structure needs to be combined with open, free exploration, plus creativity, plus genuine connection with people. For us to live a truly balanced life, we need a lot more discipline if we want to stay human. This is my path.

So I want to create a story of these challenges and share it with you in this program. As anyone starting with twenty minutes a day will discover how beneficial that is — I want to go far beyond that. I went from twenty minutes a day to a three-hour cycle once a day, then to four segments of activities every day, focusing on twenty-minute blocks to increase awareness and time management throughout the day, organized in cycles of four days, and so on.

There is so much more that can be done — more that can completely shift how you connect to your life, your personal growth, and your acceleration. This matters deeply to me. So I want to share this journey with you — the ups and the downs and the challenges — because I believe this matters for all of us.

I'm not sure yet if I can do this consistently on video. I know many of you would like to see me, and I will get there. For now, I am starting with this article, telling you what I'm planning to do — and I am beginning to share this journey with you.

My wish is that people will actually do this. But many do not understand how accessible it is, how many stages of development there are, or the full threshold ahead. Yes, it is challenging — it takes discipline. But the most difficult part is not discipline itself. It is the shift in understanding: this is not about preventing something you don't know about. You have the data. You know what is happening. The signs are there. So the question becomes: what will you do to shift the direction your life is going — and will you do it now?

It is a question of choice. And we can make that choice every day. Every day, we get to choose in alignment with the future we want to create. If we cannot find that fire within us — that fire to keep reaching toward the threshold of that choice — then the path becomes much harder.

Step by Step

This is my letter to you today. The idea is not only to understand the different aspects of this challenge, but also to understand that there is a process — and the outcomes will come, often sooner than we think. Sometimes the process is remarkably quick: three days, twelve days, and then the outcome shows up in your life.

But once you learn that you can create those outcomes, the question becomes: what's next? This is exactly what I am exploring right now.

I believe every threshold follows a similar process. You arrive at a point where you can grow further, and you must make a choice — and that growth means, once again, change. It feels like shifting into something new, and you feel the same resistance, even if it's a new threshold. You repeat the same process you experienced at the first threshold, even if you're now at threshold ten or twelve.

This is important to remember, and it calls for humility — because we have been here before, and we will be here again. Perhaps at another level of the spiral, but we will return to the same questions, the same feelings, the same emotions, and the same transformation.

This letter marks the beginning of something new: a daily, unfiltered account of what it actually looks like to move from a twenty-minute practice into a full backbone structure — four segments a day, cycles of four days, and the kind of discipline that doesn't just protect your time, but actively increases your capacity every single day.

Most people never see this part. They see the finished frameworks, the polished programmes, the outcomes. What they don't see is the daily friction — the moments of resistance, the days the rhythm breaks, the choice that has to be made again and again, sometimes at thresholds you thought you'd already crossed.

That's exactly what I'm sharing here, starting now.
