I disagree.

The Search for Civilization Carriers

Many people ask me why I dedicate so much effort to documenting methodologies, frameworks, assessments, competencies, and learning systems.

The answer is simple.

I am not looking for followers.

I am looking for civilization carriers.

A civilization carrier is someone who learns, practices, embodies, and eventually transfers knowledge to future generations.

Throughout history, civilizations survived because knowledge was preserved and transmitted.

Today, we face a different challenge.

Technology is advancing faster than human adaptation.

One challenge has become increasingly obvious.

There is only so much I can do as a single individual.

I can coach people.

I can train people.

I can mentor people.

I can support communities.
